I recently purchased a unit in the Marina City Club and used CCS to do a remodel for us. I can’t tell you how great they were to work with! They are professional and so nice!!! All the workers from their company and Subcontractors they use are awesome!!! Always answering phone calls and staying on top of the work being done. Another plus is they have an office on property which makes it very good for accepting deliveries and accommodating clients needs. We are a builder, and I can’t say enough positive things about this company! Owner, Ron Douglas cares about his clients!

I live at the Marina City Club and have worked with ccs for multiple projects in 2021/ 2022. They remodeled our bathroom, bedrooms and have done multiple handyman works for us. CCs are great navigating with HOA permits requirements as well. The team is great, have a plumber, electrician… everything!
Best way to work w them is to request a quote, they will come to asses the project and move forward from there.
